Building Review is a directory of Edmonton condominium and apartment buildings with reviews written by the people who live in them: noise, maintenance, management, fees and what it is like day to day.

Each building also shows what the City of Edmonton publishes about it: how many separately assessed suites it has, a typical assessed value and its building permits. The City’s roll does not say which of these buildings are condominiums.

Reading is free and needs no account. Residents with a confirmed email can review a building they have lived in, report problems and maintenance, and suggest corrections. A moderator checks new buildings and edits before they appear.
